We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. Al received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Delivery The deivery times provided by WWW.RMSHAPES.COM are estimates only. WWW.RMSHAPES.COM will not be held accountable for late dliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details provided by you. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. WWW.RMSHAPES.COM can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Acceptance of the Goods The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Warranties
All warranties are that of the manufacturers and not that of WWW.RMSHAPES.COM
Returns 1. Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. 2. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per manufacturers warranty. 3. Special return offers apply to individuals only. 4. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. 5. We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SALE, CLEARANCE, PROMOTIONAL OR CUSTOM SURFBOARD ORDERS
Order cancellations If items have been shipped, WWW.RMSHAPES.COM reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service. In the event of a cancellation of a custom surfboard, we will refund minus 5% cancellation fee if the board is yet to be shaped, and reserve the right to refuse an order cancellation if the custom surfboard has been shaped and in the process of manufacture.
